Say Cheese

Kayleigh is a happy girl and wanted to let everyone know that she is adjusting well to home life and thrilled to be away from the hospital. She saw the pediatrician on Monday and has gained several ounces just since leaving the hospital on Friday afternoon. Feeding continues to be a challenge, but it is improving each day. She goes to see the Cardiologist on Thursday for a check up. All these appointments are forcing Mom to venture out on her own - a daunting task.

This picture of Kayleigh was taken shortly after a bath and a diaper changing. This girl likes to be clean! All the frustration of fussiness goes away when she hits you with one of these grins.

Miss Kayleigh,

You are an inspiration to all women! I hope you take time out from reading books to get hundreds of kisses from your parents, and Shadow! Welcome home. I can't wait to meet you.

Kayleigh has come a long way and she looks so happy with her big smile to be home. I work with Grandma R. and she has kept me informed on Kayleigh plus shown me many pictures. She has truly made a lot of progress. We wish the best to all of you. Enjoy every minute with Kayleigh as they grow so fast. David & Ellen Stoll

Dear Kayleigh, Laurie, and Kevin,

How wonderful you look, Kayleigh, smiling so big in your new room at home. I'm sooooo happy for you and your Mom and Dad. I swear your hair has grown even longer since I last saw you!! You will be the envy of all with that pretty smile and great hair. We'll have to start buying you barretts and pony tail keepers. I just got back to Ohio from my trip to Texas. I had a great time but it is a long trip out there. Hope to see you soon-- maybe your Grandma and I can come some day and let your Mom have a lunch date with your Dad. Love, Sandy and Tom
